My Safe Report provides a supportive environment and assurity of anonymity and privacy as a third-party. It also provides;

Keeping a report

Our memory of events is better shortly after something has happened. We encourage the creation of reports early - even if the reporter is not ready to send it to you yet.

 

Letting an organisation know

We encourage the submission of anonymous reports. Bysubmitting a report, even an anonymous report it assists an organisation to identify issues in that they have earlier, reducing damage to individuals and the organisation. 

Process details

  • Individual completes a report, choosing to remain anonymous or identify themself
  • As a part of the report the individual self classifies the nature of the report which directs who in your organisation will receive the report
  • The report is encrypted and transferred to our secure private Australian servers
  • The report is encrypted again once it arrives
  • The individual reporting is provided with a secure key
  • Your nominated staff member is provided with an encrypted link which they can access with multi-factor authentication
  • In the future if the reporter ever wants to get the report back, update the report or view the status and outcome from your organisation the secure key will allow access.

  • Once accessed the reporter can obtain proof of submission and provide it to the appropriate authority
  • Once accessed the reporter can change their mind and identify themselves to you 
  • Once accessed your comments and the status of the report is visible to the reporter
  • Once accessed the reporter can respond to the outcome
  • If identified individuals receive emails notifying them of updates to their report made by your organisation.
